摘要
以150 t铁水罐的倾翻机构为例,对铁水罐倾翻机构的原理和特点做了简要介绍。利用inventor软件对倾翻机构的铁水、耐火材料、铁水罐体、翻转架和固定支座分别进行三维模型建立,论述了倾翻力矩的原理和理论计算方法。然后对倾翻机构在倾翻到某一角度时的三维模型进行分析和计算,得出铁水罐和翻转架的重心位置、重力臂、推力臂和倾翻力矩等性能参数,最后利用对倾翻机构进行有限元分析,对倾翻机构进行优化设计。
Taking the tilting mechanism of 150 t iron tank as an example,the principle and characteristics of the tilting mechanism of iron tank are briefly introduced.The three-dimensional model of the tilting mechanism including molten iron,refractory material,molten iron tank,tilting frame and fixed support is built with inventor software respectively,the principle and theoretical calculation method of tilting moment are discussed.Then,the three-dimensional model of the tilting mechanism was analyzed and calculated when the tilting mechanism reached a certain angle,and the performance parameters such as the position of the center of gravity,the gravity arm,the thrust arm and the tilting moment of the iron tank and the tilting frame were obtained.Finally,the tilting mechanism was optimized by using the finite element analysis of the tilting mechanism.
