摘要
研究热等静压铬粉在脱气过程中温度与脱气量之间的对应关系。当温度在70~80℃时,铬粉脱去的是存留在包套和粉末之间的及粉末表层的气体,在300~400℃时,脱气量明显增大,主要脱去的是铬粉内部吸附的气体。采用氮氧分析仪和纤维硬度仪分析热等静压铬棒,铬棒中氮、氧含量的质量百分数分别为0.045%和0.13%,平均硬度为150.65HV,采用热等静压新工艺处理后的粉末表面洁净程度良好。同时,在脱气缓冲桶内部增设过滤网,防止粉末颗粒随气流进入真空泵,提高了真空泵的使用寿命和脱气效率。
Research hot isostatic pressing chromium powder in the degassing process corresponding relation between the temperature and take off the gas.When the temperature in the 70~80℃,Gas removed from chromium powder is mainly gas saved between the package and the powder,and the powder surface gas,and in 300~400℃,the gas volume increased obviously,the gas removed from chromium powder is mainly internal adsorption gas.Using nitrogen oxygen analyzer and fiber hardness meter detection methods to analyze hot isostatic pressing chromium rods,the mass percentages of nitrogen and oxygen in chromium rods were respectively 0.045%and 0.13%,average hardness of 150.65 HV,powder surface cleanliness is good after treatment using a new hot isostatic pressing process.At the same time,add mesh screen inside the buffer bucket of degassing equipment,it can effectively prevent the powder particles with air into the vacuum pump,improve the service life and degassing efficiency of vacuum pump.
