摘要
【目的】客观综合评价云南粳稻品种,并探索一种能综合评价水稻种质资源的新方法。【方法】针对13个具有代表性的粳稻品种的12个农艺性状,采用产量权重评价法、灰色关联分析法和DTOPSIS法。【结果】云粳46号、丽粳22号、昆粳10号、丽粳23号和昭粳13号5个品种按照产量权重来判定适应性,其变异系数为7.26%,最大值与最小值差为21.04%,产量差异较小,得出5个品种在云南高海拔地区的适应性较好没有明显差异;采用灰色关联度法粳稻品种间的关联度值来判定品种适应性,其变异系数为14.06%,最大值与最小值间差为40.14%,说明不同粳稻品种在高海拔地区的适应性差异较大;而DTOPSIS法粳稻品种间的Ci值差异最大,其变异系数为20.34%,最大值与最小的差为58.45%,说明不同粳稻品种在高海拔地区的适应性也存有差异,且差异较大。【结论】3种方法得到的结论有所不同。DTOPSIS法与灰色关联度法相比直接依据产量权重对不同粳稻品种在高海拔地区的适应性的综合评价效果较好,尤其是DTOPSIS法综合评价效果最好。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to objectively and comprehensively evaluate Yunnan japonica rice varieties,and explore a new method for comprehensive evaluation of rice varieties.【Method】12 traits of 13 rice varieties were analyzed with yield level,grey correlative degree analysis and DTOPSIS.【Result】The five varieties Yunjing 46,Lijing 22,Kunjing 10,Lijing 23 and Zhaojing 13 were judged according to yield level.The coefficient of variation was 7.26%,and the difference between the maximum and minimum values was 21.04%.The yield difference was small,so it was concluded that the adaptability of the five varieties in Yunnan’s high altitude areas was relatively good and no significant difference;According to the gray correlation method,and the coefficient of variation was 14.06%The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value was 40.14%,which indicated that the adaptability of different japonica rice varieties at high altitudes was relatively large.While according to the DTOPSIS method,the Ci value of japonica rice varieties had the largest difference,and the coefficient of variation was 20.34%.The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value was 58.45%,which indicated that there were differences in the adaptability of different japonica rice varieties in high altitude regions,and the differences were large.【Conclusion】The three methods had different conclusions.Compared with the grey correlative degree analysis and DTOPSIS,the DTOPSIS method had a better comprehensive evaluation of the adaptability of different japonica rice varieties at high altitudes based directly on yield weights,especially the DTOPSIS method had the best comprehensive evaluation.
