摘要
【目的】为充分利用马铃薯种质资源,提高马铃薯的杂交结实率。【方法】本试验采用随机区组设计不同浓度的植物激素GA和BA组合处理植株。【结果】①通过采用醋酸洋红染色法、蓝墨水染色法和氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)法3种方法测定父本的花粉活力,发现不同方法的测定结果存在差异,但乌洋芋和米拉的花粉活力均高于50%,适宜做父本;②3组杂交组合在马铃薯孕蕾期使用GA3和6-BA对母本顶部进行喷施,可以促进马铃薯开花并延长花期,并且能有效降低花柄节离层现象,从而促进马铃薯的杂交结实率。【结论】试验显示使用20 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L GA3的处理组合,能使马铃薯杂交结实率达到最高。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to make full use of potato germplasm resources and improve the hybrid seed setting rate of potato.【Method】The plants with different concentrations of plant hormones GA and BA were designed by random block design.【Result】(i)The pollen activity of male parents was determined by acetic acid scarlet staining,blue ink staining and triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC)method,and it was found that there were differences in the results of different methods.However,the pollen activity of Amorphophallus vulgaris and Mira was higher than 50%,which was suitable for male parent.(ii)Spraying the top of the female parent with GA 3 and 6-BA at the bud stage of potato could promote the flowering and extension of potato and prolong flowering phase,and can effectively reduce the flower stalk node layer phenomenon,so as to promote the hybrid seed setting rate of potato.【Conclusion】The results showed that the hybrid seed setting rate of potato could reach the highest when 20 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L GA 3 was used.
