摘要
【目的】全面衡量和评价贵州多花木兰(Indigofera amblyantha)作为饲料的最佳利用时期。【方法】测定多花木兰不同生育期常规营养物质和酚类物质含量,分析其动态变化趋势。【结果】多花木兰粗蛋白含量在开花期与结荚期较高,分别为22.89%和21.6%,显著高于营养期和成熟期;粗脂肪的含量在营养期和开花期较高,分别为14.14%和14.66%,显著高于结荚期和成熟期;粗灰分和磷含量均在开花期最高,分别为11.24%和0.16%;酸性洗涤纤维含量结荚期最高,为29.08%,显著高于其他生育期,中性洗涤纤维含量成熟期最高,为18.09%,显著高于开花期;4种酚类化合物的含量总酚>单宁>缩合单宁>简单酚,4个生育期单宁含量均大于5%,开花期的饲料相对值和粗蛋白含量均最高,具有较好的饲喂价值。【结论】多花木兰的最佳利用时期为开花期。
【Objective】The objective of the paper is to comprehensively measure and evaluate the optimum feed utilization time of Indigofera amblyantha.【Method】The content of conventional nutrient and phenolic substances of Indigofera amblyantha was determined at different growth stages to analyze the dynamic variation trend of these substances.【Result】The crude protein content in Indigofera amblyantha at flowering and pod bearing stage was 22.89%and 21.6%respectively and higher than at vegetative and maturity stage significantly.The crude fat content in Indigofera amblyantha at vegetative and flowering stage was 14.14%and 14.66%separately and higher than at pod bearing and maturity stage significantly.The content of crude ash and phosphorous in Indigofera amblyantha at flowering stage reached the maximum(11.24%and 0.16%).The acid detergent fiber content in Indigofera amblyantha at pod bearing stage was up to the maximum(29.08%)and higher than at other growth stages significantly.The neutral detergent fiber content in Indigofera amblyantha at maturity stage was up to the maximum(18.09%)and higher than at flowering stage significantly.The content of four phenol compounds is total phenols>tannin>condensed tannin>simple phenol.The tannin content in Indigofera amblyantha at vegetative,flowering,pod bearing and maturity stage was more than 5%.The relative feed value and crude protein content of Indigofera amblyantha were the maximum at flowering stage.【Conclusion】The optimum feed utilization time of Indigofera amblyantha is at flowering stage.
