2017年北京市通州区健康人群麻疹抗体水平调查

Analysis of measles antibody level in healthy population in Tongzhou district of Beijing,2017

目的了解北京市通州区健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为麻疹防控提供科学依据。方法采用PPS方法在通州区10个行政村(居委会)抽取895名健康人群进行问卷调查和血清麻疹IgG抗体水平检测。结果调查对象标化麻疹抗体阳性率92.51%,抗体滴度中位数805.07 IU/L。不同年龄组、含麻疹成分疫苗(measles-containing vaccine,MCV)免疫史和末次MCV免疫距调查时间间隔的人群麻疹抗体阳性率和抗体滴度差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=193.18、222.71、9.28,P均<0.05;H=110.33、101.56、23.65,P均<0.05);曾患过麻疹人群抗体阳性率和抗体滴度高于无患病史人群,抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.02,P=0.31),抗体滴度差异有统计学意义(U=-4.06,P<0.01)。结论北京市通州区健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率处于较高水平,但未达到消除麻疹目标要求。需提高麻疹及时接种率,强化成年人及重点年龄组人群MCV加强免疫工作。

Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in healthy population in Tongzhou district and to provide scientific strategies for disease control.Methods 895 healthy subjects were selected from 10 villages or neighborhood committees in Tongzhou district by PPS method for questionnaire survey and serum IgG antibody detection against measles.Results Standardized positive rate of measles antibody was 92.51%,and median of antibody was 805.07 IU/L.There were significant differences in antibody positive rate and titer among different age groups,immunization history of measles-containing vaccine(MCV)and time interval between the last MCV immunization and investigation(χ^2=193.18、222.71、9.28,P<0.05;H=110.33、101.56、23.65,P<0.05).The antibody positive rate and antibody titer of people who had measles history were higher than those who had not,but only the difference of antibody titers was statistically significant(U=-4.06,P<0.01).Conclusions The positive rate of measles antibody was at high level in healthy population in Tongzhou district,but it did not reach the goal of eliminating measles.Timeliness of MCV vaccination needs to be increased,and MCV immunization should be strengthened for adults and high risk groups to eliminate measles.
