摘要
[目的]探讨FOXD3-AS1在进展期远端胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]通过检测FOXD3-AS1在进展期远端胃癌组织中的表达,综合分析其表达量与进展期远端胃癌患者临床特征之间的关系。[结果]FXOD3-AS1在进展期远端胃癌组织中高表达(P=0.018),其高表达与进展期远端胃癌患者饮酒(P=0.003)、原位癌(P=0.001)、临床分期(P=0.004)、有无淋巴结转移(P=0.006)和有无远端转移(P=0.016)相关,能够缩短进展期远端胃癌患者生存期(χ~2=4.61,P=0.032)。[结论]FOXD3-AS1在进展期远端胃癌中高表达,发挥癌基因效应。
[Objective]To explore the expression pattern and clinic value of FOXD3-AS1 in advanced distal gastric cancer.[Methods]Detect the expression level of FOXD3-AS1 in advanced distal gastric cancer tissues and paired normal tissues,and analysis the correlation with the clinical characteristics of the advanced distal gastric cancer patients.[Results]FOXD3-AS1 was upregulated in advanced distal gastric cancer patients(P=0.018);and the high expression level was correlated with alcohol drinking(P=0.003),clinic stage(P=0.004),T stage(P=0.001),N stage(P=0.006)and M stage(P=0.016),and high expression of FOXD3-AS1 was correlated with the short overall survival time of the advanced distal gastric cancer patients(χ~2=4.61,P=0.032).[Conclusion]FOXD3-AS1 was upregulated in the advanced distal gastric cancer patients and FOXD3-AS1 as a cancer gene in advanced distal gastric cancer.
