广西南宁地区35576例女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染状况分析

Analysis of HPV infection among 35576 female patients in Nangning,Guangxi

目的分析广西南宁地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及其基因型别分布。方法回顾性分析2016年7月-2019年5月于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院进行HPV核酸检测的35576例患者为研究对象。采集脱落细胞或皮损处分泌物拭子,应用基因扩增技术对HPV进行核酸检测。结果35576例研究对象中,HPV感染人数为5651人,总感染率为15.88%。"16高危型"感染人数共1046人,感染率为2.94%;"18高危型"感染人数共447人,感染率为1.26%;"其他HPV高危型"感染人数共4738人,感染率为13.32%。不同年份HPV感染率差异无统计学意义。年龄段为≤25、26~30、31~40、41~50、≥51岁其感染率分别为21.93%、12.16%、14.83%、14.38%和7.62%。结论南宁地区HPV感染率为15.88%,其中"16高危型"、"18高危型"和"其他HPV高危型"感染率分别为2.94%、1.26%和13.32%。年龄段≥51岁的女性感染率最低为7.62%,年龄段为≤25岁的女性HPV感染率最高为21.93%,需重视对该高危人群的筛查和防控工作。

Objective To analyze the infection status and genotype distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)among females in Nanning.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 35576 patients who underwent HPV test in Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2016 to May 2019.Female cervical secretions were collected,and the genotypes of HPV were determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results Of the 35576 female patients,5661 cases infected with HPV,and the total detection rate was 15.88%.The number of patients with HPV16 infection,HPV18 infection and other high-risk HPV subtypes infection were 1046(2.94%)、447(1.26%)and 4738(13.32%),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in HPV infection rate among different years(P>0.05).The detection rates of HPV infection in the five age groups(lower than 26 years old,26-30 years old,31-40 years old,41-50 years old and older than 50 years old)were 21.93%,12.16%,14.83%,14.38%and7.62%,respectively.Conclusions The infection rate of HPV was 15.88%among the female population in Nanning,the infection rate of HPV16,HPV18 and other high-risk HPV subtypes was 2.94%,1.26%and 13.32%,respectively.The infection ratewas the highest in the age group of lower than 26 years old(21.93%),while the infection rate was the lowest in the women older than 50 years old(7.62%).More attention should be focused on screening and preventing HPV infection in high-risk population.
