To cultivate and establish the industrial functional layout with Qingdao as its leader,bay economy as its driving force and port economy as its support,and build an advanced marine science and education core area and modern marine industry cluster area;To promote the overall planning and linking up of medical insurance payment policies,and improve the online real-time settlement of remote hospitalization;To achieve"one network for all transactions"of 82 governmental administration services such as household registration transfer and remote application of ordinary passports;To establish Jiaodong five-city joint conference system led by Qingdao and hold meetings regularly to study and promote major issues on integration development...Shandong Provincial People’s Government issued Directive on Accele rating the Integration Development of Jiaodong Economic Circle on January 14,2020.With a total of twenty-five articles in seven parts,the directive clearly specified the acceleration of the integrated development of Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai,Weifang and Rizhao in Jiaodong Economic Circle and the establishment of an internationally famous Qingdao metropolitan area.
