缩短离心时间对常见凝血功能检测指标影响的研究

Research on the impact of shortening centrifugation time on the common indexes of coagulation function tests

目的研究缩短离心时间对常见凝血功能检测指标的影响。方法收集56例患者外周血至含有分离胶的黄色抗凝管,充分抗凝后,分为3000 r/min离心10 min和3000 r/min离心5 min 2组。并采用日本Sysmex 7000型号全自动凝血检测仪检测凝血功能指标,包括凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、国际标准化比值、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原以及D-二聚体。收集检测结果并比较2组之间统计学差异。结果3000 r/min离心10 min和离心5 min 2组之间凝血酶原时间、国际标准化比值以及凝血酶时间有显著差异,对活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体无显著差异。结论缩短凝血功能前处理离心时间对凝血检测结果有一定影响,常规检验检测中应慎重评估。

Objective To study the effect of shorten centrifugation time on the common indexes of coagulation function.Methods Peripheral blood was randomly collected from fifty six patients to yellow anticoagulant tube containing separating gel.After full anticoagulation,they were divided into two groups which including 3000 r/min centrifugation for 10 minutes group and 3000 r/min centrifugation for 5 minutes group.The coagulation function indices,such as prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,international standardized ratio,thrombin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer,were all detected by the Japanese Sysmex 7000 Automatic Coagulation detector.The test results were collected and the statistical differences were analyzed too.Results There are significant differences in prothrombin time,international standardized ratio and thrombin time between the groups of 3000 r/min centrifugation for 10 minutes and 3000 r/min centrifugation for 5 minutes.And no signifi-cant difference was observed in activated partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen and D-dimer between these two groups.Conclusion Shortening the centrifuge time of pretreatment of blood coagulation function has certain effect on the results of blood coagulation test,which should be carefully evaluated in routine coagulation test.
