基于浙江地区健康人群TCA6000血栓弹力图实验室参考值范围建立

Establishment of reference intervals for TCA6000 thromboelastography in control population in Zhejiang Province

目的测定浙江地区常住中国成年居民血栓弹力图(TCA)数据,制定符合本地区特点的参考值范围,同时对比健康志愿者与医院围手术期患者样本的各项TCA参数。方法2016年8月-2018年11月采集健康志愿者静脉血样3 ml,分别测定血栓弹力图TCA和凝血四项。结果508例健康志愿者TCA各参数范围分别为R:4.44 min^10.20 min;K:1.27 min^3.47 min;ANGLE:52.22°~73.49°;MA:53.68 min^73.46 mm;CI:-4.76~2.55。结论建议浙江地区实验室根据本地检测人群特点采用符合本地实际的正常参考值范围。

Objective To measure the thromboelastography(TCA)data in control population of adults in Zhejiang Province,China,and to establish a reference interval(RI)that accords with the characteristics of this area.At the same time,to compare the differences of TCA6000 parameters between normal volunteers and hospital perioperative patient samples.Methods We collected 3 ml of peripheral blood in each samples from 508 normal volunteers and 1124 patients from December 2016 to December 2018.Results The TCA parameters ranged from 508 normal volunteers:R:4.40-10.20 min;K:1.27 min-3.47 min;ANGLE:52.22°-73.49°;MA:53.68 mm-73.46 mm;CI:-4.76-2.55.Conclusion It is suggested that the laboratories and hospitals in China should use the established RI,which meets the local actual conditions according to the characteristics of the detection population.
