影响检验科微生物检测准确率的危险因素Logistic回归分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用Logistic回归分析法分析影响检验科微生物检测准确率的危险因素。方法对2400份标本微生物检测报告进行回顾分析,统计标本准确率,将检验报告分为准确组和错误组;对比2组可能影响检测准确率因素的差异,并用Logistic回归分析法明确其危险因素。结果检验科微生物检测准确率最低为痰液标本(79.31%),最高为呼吸道标本(99.00%)。2组检验人员工作年限、年龄及学历构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与准确组比,错误组标本采集不合格、送检不及时、未选用无菌容器、储存条件不当、条形码粘贴错误、检验程序不当、仪器操作不当、非无菌操作环境构成比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且经Logistic回归分析证实均是影响微生物检测准确性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论影响微生物检测准确率的危险因素较多,应从标本因素、操作规范性及提高检测人员综合素质着手,提高微生物检验准确率。 Objective To analyze the risk factors affecting the accuracy of microbiological testing in laboratory by Logistic regression analysis.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 2400 microbial test reports,and the accuracy of the samples was counted.The test reports were divided into two groups:the accurate group and the wrong group.The differences of factors that might affect the accuracy of the test were compared between the two groups,and the risk factors were identified by Logistic regression analysis.Results The lowest accuracy rate of microbial detection in laboratory was sputum(79.31%)and the highest was respiratory tract(99.00%).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the proportion of working years,age and educational background between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the accurate group,the component ratio of unqualified for specimen collection,not timely for inspection,not using sterile containers,inappropriate storage condi-tions,incorrect bar code pasting,inappropriate inspection procedures,inappropriate instrument operation,and relatively low non-sterile operating environment were higher in the wrong group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05),which were proved to be independent risk factors affecting the accuracy of microbial detection by logistic regression analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors affecting the accuracy of microbiological testing,which should cause clinical attention.It should start from the specimen factors,the standardization of operation and improve the comprehensive quality of the testing personnel to improve the accuracy of microbiological testing.
