摘要
中医辅助诊疗系统是中医药现代化研究的重要组成部分,伴随人们对现代化优质医疗服务需求的不断增加,研制一个可靠好用的智能化诊疗系统具有重要意义。构建该系统的关键与难点在于所拟定的诊疗模型能否体现出中医思维,能否与实际临床诊疗过程相符。为解决以上问题,文章试融合两个维度构建中医辅助诊疗系统的核心模型。其一,理论层面将以《伤寒论》辨证论治理论为蓝本,并融“五辨”理论于一体,构建中医辅助诊疗系统的中医逻辑体系;其二,实践层面以临床应用为导向,并拟借助超图结构学习技术,实现中医辅助诊疗系统由中医语言到计算机模型的转化应用。最终,拟呈现出一个涵盖辨病模块、辨证模块、治疗模块、方药模块、处方评价审议模块5个部分的智能化中医辅助诊疗系统模型,切实模拟中医诊疗思维和真实世界中医临床诊疗场景。
The auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part of TCM modernization research.With the increasing demand for modern high-quality medical services,it is of great significance to develop a reliable and easy-to-use intelligent diagnosis and treatment system.The key and difficulty of constructing the system lies in whether the proposed diagnosis and treatment model can reflect the thinking of TCM,and whether it is consistent with the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper tried to build the core model of TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system by combining two dimensions.First,the theoretical level will be based on the most primitive and simple theoretical system of TCM clinical syndrome of Shanghan Lun syndrome differentiation and treatment theory,and the theory of five differentiation,in one,to build a TCM logic system of TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system.Second,the practical level is guided by clinical application,and it is intended to realize the transformation and application of TCM language to computer model in TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system by means of hypergraph structure learning technology.Finally,it is proposed to present an intelligent TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system model covering five parts,including disease differentiation module,syndrome differentiation module,treatment module,prescription evaluation and deliberation module,to effectively simulate TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking and the real world TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment scenario.
