Exploration on the theory of wind drugs for blood pattern

风药理论以《黄帝内经》为理论基础,经历代医家传承发展,不断于临床应用上取得创新。风药治血理论历史悠久,散见于历代医籍之中,文章基于风药内涵,结合诸家思想,对风药治血理论进行新的认知与探讨,提出“风气通于肝”与风药治血机制相关,风药治血其理在“通”,“通”之特性责之于方向、程度和活跃性三方面。

The theory of wind drugs,based on the Huangdi Neijing,has been inherited and developed over the course of history,and innovated in clinical application.Blood pattern treatment with wind drugs has a long history,scattering in the medical books of previous dynasties.Based on the connotation of wind drugs and the thoughts of various schools,this paper tried to make an innovative recognition and in-depth exploration on the theory of treating blood pattern with wind drugs,advocating that'wind connected to the liver'was related to the mechanism of wind drugs for blood pattern,focusing on the characteristics of'Tong'(a status describing qi and blood in normal function without any obstruction).Further than that'Tong'lies in the following three aspects:directionality,degree,and activity.
