应用型高校专业课程思政教材建设关键问题之思

Textbook Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Professional Courses in Application-oriented Universities:Origin,Principles,Key Issues and Implementation Approaches

应用型高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。为解决相当一部分应用型高校教书与育人功能分离的问题,提出加强专业课程思政教材建设的破解之路。教材建设需遵循五个原则,即政治性与思想性统一、契合性与适度性统一、权威性与亲和性统一、普适性与特色性统一、基础性与先进性统一;需解决两个关键问题,即以校史、学科史、党史,中华优秀传统文化、区域文化、产业文化作为思政元素来源,做好思政元素的内涵转化和形式表达进路;需采取四个实施路径,即组建专业研发队伍、建设资源库、健全制度体系、构建评价标准。

Application-oriented universities are an important part of China’s higher education system.To solve the problem of the separation of imparting knowledge and educating students in considerable Application-oriented universities,a solution is proposed to strengthen textbooks construction of ideological and political education in professional courses.Five principles are proposed about textbooks construction of ideological and political education in professional courses:the unity of politics and ideology,the unity of conformity and appropriateness,the unity of authority and affinity,the unity of universality and characteristics,and the unity of basic and advanced nature.Two key issues need to be solved:taking university history,subject history,CPC history,Chinese excellent traditional culture,regional culture,industrial culture as the source of ideological and political elements,making better connotation transformation and form expression so as to realize the implementation of the ideological and political elements.The four specific paths are taken:the establishment of professional research and development teams,the establishment of a resource library of textbooks of ideological and political education in professional courses,the improvement of institutions guarantee system,and the establishment of evaluation standards.
