检疫性害虫松材线虫研究进展

松材线虫病是一种在松树中常见的病害,对松属植物具有致命性破坏,被称为“松树癌症”。其发病速度快、危害大,且难以防护与控制。研究松材线虫病的危害与防治,可以保护森林资源,推动林业可持续发展,对于保持自然生态平衡具有重大意义。松材线虫病由松材线虫寄生引发,文中概述了松材线虫的生活史、形态学特征、分布范围、传播方式、致病机理、松材线虫病的主要症状以及国内外生物防治的研究进展等,以期为相关研究及防控提供参考。

Pine wilt disease is a common nematode disease in pine trees,which is fatal to plants of Pinus sp.and is called"pine cancer",whose onset speed is fast and damage is tremendous,and it is difficult to prevent and control.Studies on the damage and prevention of pine wilt disease can protect forest resources and promote the sustainable development of forestry,which is of great significance for maintaining the balance of natural ecology.Pine wilt disease is caused by parasitic pine wood nematode.This review summarizes the research progress on life history,morphological characteristics,distribution,mode of spreading,pathogenic mechanism,main symptoms,and research progress of biological control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus at home and abroad,in order to provide later researchers and with relevant reference.
