由新冠肺炎疫情防控引发的医学教育思考 被引量:59

摘要 进入新时代以来,我国医学教育的功能布局、人才结构和质量建设取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就,为"健康中国"战略提供了坚实的医学人力资源保障。在新冠肺炎疫情的防控过程中,揭示了医师资源始终存在非均衡性分布状态,医学人才的培养过程存在薄弱环节,公共卫生体系的规划建设缺乏足够重视,以及医疗卫生事业的发展环境存在"隐患"等现实问题。未来时期,深化我国医学教育改革发展的路径主要在于:全面提升临床医生的多样化供给能力;多举措提高医学教育供给质量;重构公共卫生体系的安全防护力与公信力;优化医学教育的外部治理机制。 Since entering the new era, the functional layout, talent structure, and quality construction of medical education in China have made great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention, providing a solid medical human resource guarantee for the"Healthy China"strategy. The prevention and control process of COVID-19 epidemic shows that the quality of medical personnel training has vulnerable spot, there are"hidden dangers"in the development environment of medical and health services, insufficient attention is paid to the planning and construction of public health system, and there is always an unbalanced distribution of doctor resources. In the future, the path to deepen the reform and development of medical education in China mainly lies in:comprehensively improving the diversified supply capacity of clinicians, taking multiple measures to improve the supply quality of medical education in universities, rebuilding the security protection and credibility of the public health system, and optimizing the external governance mechanism of medical education.
