Zr含量对6061铝合金铸态组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用坩埚炉制备不同Zr含量的6061铝合金,研究Zr对合金铸态组织和力学性能影响。结果表明:Zr的加入可细化6061铝合金晶粒,随Zr的增加,合金晶粒度先增加后降低,在Zr的质量分数为0.3%时,晶粒度近似达到6级;Zr对6061铝合金的抗拉强度和硬度有一定影响,随Zr含量的增加,合金的抗拉强度和硬度先提高后降低;当Zr的质量分数为0.3%时,合金的抗拉强度和硬度达到最大值,分别为164 MPa和59.8HB。 6061 aluminum alloys with different Zr content were prepared by using crucible furnace. The effects of Zr on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the grains of 6061 aluminum alloy are refined by the addition of Zr. With the increasing of Zr content,the grain grade of 6061 aluminum alloy increases firstly and then decreases. When Zr content is 0.3%,the grain grade of 6061 aluminum alloy approximately reaches grade 6. The alloying element Zr has a certain influence on the tensile strength and hardness of 6061 aluminum alloy. With the increasing of Zr content,the tensile strength and hardness of 6061 aluminum alloy increase firstly and then decrease. When the content of Zr is0.3%,the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy reach the maximum value,which are 164 MPa and 59.8 HB respectively.
