摘要
原位诱导再生,又称原位再生,可在避免传统组织工程中种子细胞来源和免疫排斥等问题的同时,调动和激活人体自身再生能力,实现功能再生性愈合,因此在组织工程和再生医学领域具有广阔的应用前景。在原位再生过程中,内源性干细胞、干细胞微环境和生物材料对组织的修复与再生具有重要影响。现从这三个领域入手,对原位再生的研究进展进行综述,旨为组织工程和再生医学的未来研究提供可供参考的方向。
As a widely concentrated field of tissue engineering, in situ induced regeneration, also known as in situ regeneration, can not only avoid the issues of seed cell sources and immunological rejection in traditional tissue engineering, but also stimulate the innate regeneration capability to achieve functional regeneration, which has a broad application prospect in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. During the in situ regeneration, endogenous stem cells, stem cell microenvironment, and biomaterials are important factors in tissue repair and regeneration. Starting from these three points, this paper reviews the recent researches of in situ regeneration and provides a possible direction for the future research of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
