钢管混凝土预埋波纹管浆锚钢筋连接件抗拔性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究一种钢管混凝土柱内横向预埋金属波纹管内插钢筋后注入高强灌浆料的连接方式的黏结锚固性能,进行24个预埋金属波纹管浆锚钢筋连接件抗拔试验研究,主要考虑金属波纹管直径D、钢筋直径d以及钢筋的锚固长度la等因素对其黏结锚固性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:当锚固长度la=4d时,钢筋在受拉屈服前发生锚固破坏;当la=7d时,钢筋能达到其屈服强度;当la=10d时钢筋能达到其抗拉强度,同时,金属波纹管与钢筋直径的孔径比D/d对黏结性能有显著影响。对试验结果分析可知,钢管混凝土柱内横向预埋金属波纹管浆锚钢筋连接方式构造形式简单、施工高效,具有较好的锚固性能。 In order to experimentally study the connection property of rebar anchorage in embedded corrugated sleeve in the concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)column,24 pull-out tests were carried out to study the bond performance of this construction.The diameter of corrugated sleeve D,the diameter of rebar d,and the anchorage length la,were evaluated.The bond-slip failure was observed before rebars yielded when la=4 d.However,when la=7 d,the failure was observed after rebars yielded.When la=10 d,rebars can reach the ultimate tensile stress.Moreover,the ratio of corrugated sleeve diameter to rebar diameter(D/d)also has a significant influence on the bond performance of this construction.Results show that the grouted corrugated sleeve connector embedded in concrete-filled steel tubular column is not only a simple connection,but also an efficient construction method with a good bonding performance.
