锈蚀后网架结构残余力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用钢结构设计软件3D3S对均匀锈蚀的正放四角锥网架的受力性能进行研究分析;应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对均匀锈蚀和非均匀锈蚀2种情况下的正放四角锥网架的受力性能和稳定性能进行分析,研究不同初始缺陷对网架的极限承载力和变形的影响。研究结果表明:随着锈蚀程度的增加,网架最大应力大致呈二次曲线增长,最大位移呈线性增长,稳定承载力显著降低,初始缺陷对网架极限承载力的影响较小,可忽略不计;下弦杆的锈蚀对网架极限承载力影响最大,上弦杆锈蚀的影响次之,腹杆锈蚀的影响最小。 Steel structure design software 3 D3 Sis used to analyze and study the mechanical behavior of the positive quadrate pyramid grid structure under uniform corrosion.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the mechanical properties and the stability of positive quadrate pyramidal grid structure under both uniform and non-uniform corrosion,and to study the influence of different initial defects on the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation of grid structures.The results show that with the increase of corrosion degree,the maximum stress of the grid structure generally shows a quadratic curve growth and the maximum displacement of grid structure increases linearly,the stability bearing capacity decreases remarkably,and the initial defects have negligible effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the grid structure.The corrosion of the lower chord has the largest influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the grid structure,followed by the corrosion of upper chord,and the web corrosion has the smallest influence.
