城市“P+R”停车换乘系统与雄安新区新实践探讨 被引量:2

On the Urban“P+R”Park&Ride System and the New Practice in Xiongan New Area

摘要 城市"P+R"停车换乘系统以"停下私家车、换乘公共交通工具"为要义,以低碳、共享、便捷为原则,是城市交通组织方式之一。随着科技进步,传统城市"P+R"停车换乘系统无论是换乘交通工具选择还是换乘组织方式均被赋予新内涵。本文结合国内外部分城市的一般实践,结合雄安新区CEC城市交换系统的新实践,研究探索新形势下城市"P+R"停车换乘系统新内涵、新组织方式和新运营方式,供更多城市治理者参考。 The Urban"P+R"Park&Ride System,with the fundamental idea ofstopping the private car and transfer to the public transport mode and the main principle of low carbon emission,sharing and convenience,is one kind of the urban traffic organization.With the progress of science and technology,the traditional urban"P+R"system is endowed with new connotations,not only on the transportation transfer modal choice but also on the kind of traffic organization.By integrating the general practices of some cities at home and abroad and the innovative practice of the CEC Urban transfer system in Xiongan New Area,the new connotation,new transfer combination and new operation styles of the Urban"P+R"system under the new situation is investigated for the reference of more city administrators.
