对外贸易视角下四川省综合交通运输发展策略研究

The Comprehensive Transportation System Development Strategies of Sichuan Province From the Perspective of Foreign Trade

"一带一路"建设以来,四川省及其他西部地区省份成为我国开放前沿,交通运输系统是发展开放型经济、开展对外贸易活动的支撑和前提。首先,通过数据揭示了四川省对外贸易表现及运输特征,分析对外贸易发展前景,通过对区域发展战略的解读判断对外贸易运输体系的空间格局;其次,梳理了面向国际贸易的综合交通运输体系现状基础及存在的核心问题,概括为运输通道存在瓶颈、枢纽建设缺乏统筹;最后,提出了综合交通运输体系发展策略,包括立足运输需求投放资源、增建补强运输通道、提升枢纽服务水平。

Since the construction of"One Belt and One Road",Sichuan province and other western provinces have become the frontier of China’s opening-up.The transportation system is the support and prerequisite for developing open economy and carrying out foreign trade activities.Firstly,the performance and transportation characteristics of foreign trade in Sichuan province are revealed through data,and the development prospect of foreign trade are analyzed,moreover the spatial pattern of foreign trade transportation system are proposed through the interpretation of regional development strategies.Secondly,the current situation and core problems of the comprehensive transportation system oriented to international trade are sorted out,including the bottleneck restriction of the transportation corridor and the lack of overall planning of the logistics hub.Finally,the development strategies of the comprehensive transportation system are put forward,including allocating resources based on the demand,strengthening the construction of transportation corridor,and improving the service level of hubs.
