摘要
随着数字化信息的不断积累,数据的存储需求越来越高。为了满足未来高密度与长期保存数据的需求,寻找某些特性超越当前磁或光存储的新技术成为当前重要的研究内容。脱氧核糖核酸(Deoxyribonucleic Acid,DNA)作为天然的遗传信息存储介质,具有存储容量大、能耗低和寿命长等优点,能有效克服传统硬盘和计算机存储等方式的不足,故DNA数据存储技术成为电子信息和生物技术交叉领域的研究前沿。本文综述了DNA数据存储技术在编码写入和数据存储两个部分上的研究进展;对现阶段已有的DNA存储技术进行了总结,并对DNA数据存储研究存在的挑战进行了讨论。
With the accumulation of digital information,there is a huge increase in data storage.In order to meet the demand of high density and long-term data storage in the future,it is of particular importance to develop new technologies that revolutionize the current magnetic or optical storage technology.As a natural genetic information storage medium,deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) possesses the advantages of large storage capacity,low energy consumption and long lifetime,which can be used to overcome the shortcomings of traditional storage media.Therefore,DNA data storage technology has become a conjoint research frontier in information technology and biotechnology.This mini-review summarized the research progress on DNA data storage technology including coding and storage,and discussed the challenges in the existing DNA data storage research.
