摘要
以我国特殊教育学校体育课程百年演进的历史经验与教训为鉴,着眼我国特殊教育学校体育课程的未来发展,对与体育课程建设与发展相关的3个问题做了初步探讨.结果认为特殊体育教育法规是特殊教育学校体育课程建设与发展的法制保障,教育实验是特殊教育体育课程发展与科学化的必由之路,残疾学生的身心特点和体育学习规律是体育课程建设与发展的客观依据.
Based on the historical experience and lessons of the evolution of physical education curriculum in special education schools in China,this paper focuses on the future development of physical education curriculum in special education schools in China,and makes a preliminary discussion on three problems related to the construction and development of physical education curriculum.The results show that the laws and regulations of special physical education are the legal guarantee for the construction and development of physical education curriculum in special education schools.The educational experiment is the only way for the development and scientization of physical education curriculum.The physical and mental characteristics of disabled students and the rules of physical education learning are the objective basis for the construction and development of physical education curriculum.
