The integration of medical social work and medical voluntary service plays an important role in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and improving the level and quality of medical service in hospitals.Starting from the development of medical social work and medical volunteer service,this paper discusses the necessity,integration mechanism,strategy and practice of integration between medical social work and medical volunteer service,and puts forward corresponding measures to improve the integration effect,such as promoting the project construction of medical social work and medical volunteer service,and establishing incentive mechanism.These practices and explorations provide reference for medical institutions to innovate and optimize medical service mode.
