X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白和Krüppel样因子4在非小细胞肺癌组织的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein and Krüppel-like factor 4 in non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)和Krüppel样因子4(KLF4)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与NSCLC临床生物学特征之间的关系。方法收集2015年3月至2019年9月金华市中心医院磐安分院和金华市中心医院病理科归档病历中资料完整的94例NSCLC组织标本,所有患者术前均未行放化疗或靶向免疫治疗,同时另取距离癌组织边缘5 cm非肿瘤组织石蜡标本为对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测94例NSCLC患者的癌组织和癌旁组织中XIAP和Cdc42表达水平。各组间比较采用χ2检验。结果XIAP在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显高于对应癌旁组织(75.53%比14.89%,t=69.767,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,XIAP表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(t=7.686、4.171,P<0.05);KLF4在NSCLC癌组织中表达率明显低于对应癌旁组织(30.85%比84.04%,t=54.398,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,KLF4表达水平与NSCLC的TNM分期、组织学分化程度和淋巴结转移明显相关(t=6.224、7.523、7.650,P<0.05)。结论联合检测XIAP和KLF4有助于判断NSCLC临床生物学行为。

Objective To investigate the expression of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)and Krüppel-like factor 4(KLF4)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and their relation to the clinicopathological features.Methods Envision immunohistochemical method were used to assess the expression of XIAP and KLF4 in 94 cases of human NSCLC tissues and non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues of patients pathologically confirmed From march 2015 to september 2019 on Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital Panan Branch(Panan People's Hospital)and Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital,χ2 test was used to compare groups.Results The expression rate of XIAP in NSCL tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues(75.53%vs.14.89%,t=69.767,P<0.05),and the expressions of XIAP was related NSCLC to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(respectively,t=7.686,4.171,P<0.05).The expression rate of KLF4 in NSCL tissues significantly was lower than that in non-cancerous adjacent lung tissues(30.85%vs.84.04%,t=54.398,P<0.05).There was a close correlation between the expression of KLF4 and TNM stage,histology grade and lymph node metastasis(respectively,t=6.224,7.523,7.650,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of XIAP and KLF4 may be used to determine the biological behavior of NSCLC.
