宫颈高危型HPV持续感染者基于中医体质的中西医治疗

Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment Based on TCM Constitution for the Patients with High-risk HPV Persistent Infection of the Cervix

目的探讨宫颈高危型HPV持续感染者基于中医体质的中药内服联合宫颈局部用药的疗效。方法将280例宫颈高危型HPV持续感染者结合中医体质随机分为研究组与对照组各140例。对照组给予保妇康栓、辛复宁交替阴道放药,研究组在对照组用药基础上,根据体质加用中药内服,两组均治疗3个周期,第4周期评估疗效。结果研究组与对照组总有效率分别为80.71%和45.71%,痰湿质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为80.00%和50.00%;湿热质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为81.25%,46.88%;气虚质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为80.00%和50.00%;阳虚质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为80.00%,45.00%;阴虚质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为80.00%和40.00%;气郁质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为77.78%和33.33%;血瘀质患者中,研究组与对照组有效率分别为88.89%和33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于宫颈高危型HPV持续感染者,宫颈局部用药联合基于中医体质的中药内服,可改善疗效。

OBJECTIVE The aim is to investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment(orally traditional Chinese medicine compound decoctions according to TCM constitution combined with cervical local application of drugs)on the patients with cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection.METHODS A total of 280 patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into study group and control group,of them,Baofukang suppository and human recombinant interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsules were alternately given to the control group.On the basis of local application of drugs,the treatment of orally traditional Chinese medicine compound decoctions according to TCM constitution was added to the study group for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.The efficacy was evaluated in the fourth cycle.RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 80.71%and 45.71%,respectively.Among them,the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 80%and 50%,for the patients with the constitution of phlegm-dampness,respectively;81.25%and 46.88%for the patients with the constitution of damp-heat quality,respectively;80%and 50%for the patients with the constitution of qi-deficiency,respectively;80%and 45%for the patients with the constitution of yang-deficiency,respectively;80%and 40%for the patients with the constitution of yin-deficiency,respectively;77.78%and 33.33%for the patients with the constitution of qi-stagnation,respectively;88.89%and 33.33%for the patients with the constitution of blood-putum,respectively.The effective rate were compared by rank sum test,all P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSION For patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection in the cervix,on the basis of local application of drugs of cervix,orally traditional Chinese medicine compound decoctions according to TCM constitution could significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
