小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床研究

Clinical Study of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery for Hard-core Cataract

目的分析在治疗硬核白内障疾病中应用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年1月—2019年2月收治的600例患者进行研究,将其分为对比组和观察组,每组患者均300例,对比组患者行常规超声乳化白内障手术,观察组患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,对比两组治疗效果。结果经统计学软件计算两组患者术前、术后角膜散光度、视力水平、角膜内皮细胞计数,术后观察组患者各项指标均好于对比组(t=63.534、8.871、9.666,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05);经χ^2检验术后并发症发生概率,观察组发生率10.00%低于对比组发生率16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),数据分析对比有统计学意义;经χ^2检验患者术后治疗效果,观察组有效率96.67%高于对比组有效率90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗硬核白内障疾病中应用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术效果显著,患者不良反应发生现象较少,且对患者散光控制方面表现良好,治疗满意程度高,故值得在临床医学中广泛应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard-core cataract disease.Methods 600 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected for study and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 300 patients in each group.The patients in the comparison group underwent conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Patients in the observation group underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results The corneal astigmatism,visual acuity,and corneal endothelial cell counts of the two groups of patients were calculated before and after operation by statistical software.The patients in the observation group were better than the control group.The corneal astigmatism contrast was,visual acuity level,corneal endothelial cell count(t=63.534,8.871,9.666,P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05);the probability of postoperative complications afterχ^2 test,the incidence rate in the observation group was 10.00%lower than the comparison group of the incidence rate of 16.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison of data analysis was statistically significant.Theχ^2 test was used to detect the postoperative treatment effect.The effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group,90.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard-core cataract disease has significant effects,less adverse reactions,and good performance in astigmatism control.The treatment satisfaction is high,so it is worthy of widespread application and promotion in clinical medicine.
