摘要
目的探究全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学的联合应用在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法入组对象为该院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的行血常规检查的180例患者,在检验过程中应用全自动血细胞分析仪检验(A组)和血涂片细胞形态学(B组)分析。对比两组单独检验和联合检验的阳性检出率和阴性检出率以及细胞异常检出情况。结果两组阳性检出率比较,单独采用全自动血细胞分析仪(A组)的阳性检出情况为38例(21.22%),联合血涂片细胞形态学检验(A+B组)的阳性检出情况为9例(5.00%)。组间比较,A组更高(χ^2=5.717,P=0.017)。两组细胞异常检出情况比较,嗜碱性细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性细胞的检出例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋巴细胞检出例数比较,A+B组少于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学应用在血常规检验当中,可以提高检验阳性的准确率。
Objective To explore the application value of the combined application of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in routine blood tests.Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent routine blood tests in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.During the test,a fully automatic blood cell analyzer test(Group A)and blood smear cell morphology were applied(Group B).The positive detection rate and negative detection rate of the two groups of independent and combined tests and the detection of abnormal cells were compared.Results The positive detection rate of the two groups was compared.The positive detection rate of the automatic blood cell analyzer(group A)alone was 38 cases(21.22%),and the positive result of the blood smear cell morphology test(group A+B)detection rate was 9 cases(5.00%).Comparing between groups,group A was higher(χ^2=5.717,P=0.017).There was no significant difference in the number of abnormal cell detection between the two groups.There was no statistically significant difference in the number of basophils,monocytes,neutrophils,and eosinophils detected(P>0.05).Compared with the number of detected lymphocytes,there were less in the A+B group than in the A group,and there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of automatic blood cell analyzer combined with blood smear cell morphology in routine blood tests can improve the accuracy of positive tests.
