钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折的效果探究 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折的效果。方法对2017年8月—2019年1月该院骨科收治的四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者,从中选择98例患者作为该次研究对象,奇偶数法随机分组,各组49例。对照组患者采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,研究组患者采用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗。观察与比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分、肢体功能评分、骨折愈合时间、治疗总有效率以及术后并发症。结果治疗后,研究组肢体功能评分(89.27±1.73)分高于对照组(72.59±1.68)分,VAS疼痛评分(2.26±0.36)分低于对照组(4.07±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.281、4.143,P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间(3.42±0.52)个月比对照组(7.83±0.62)个月更短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.108,P<0.05),研究组术后并发症发生率(2.04%)低于对照组18.37%、治疗总有效率(95.91%)高于对照组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.283、5.339,P<0.05)。结论钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折可以更好地改善患者肢体功能,患者术后疼痛感更少,术后并发症发生风险更低,且患者骨折愈合时间更快,疗效更佳。 Objective To analyze the effects of internal fixation with steel plate screws in treating long bone fractures of long limbs.Methods From August 2017 to January 2019,98 patients with long limb bone trauma and fractures treated in the hospital's orthopaedics department were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided by the even-odd method,49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nails,and patients in the study group were treated with steel plate screws.Observe and compare the pain score,limb function score,fracture healing time,total effective rate of treatment and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the limb function score of the study group(89.27±1.73)points was higher than that of the control group(72.59±1.68)points,and the VAS pain score(2.26±0.36)points was lower than that of the control group(4.07±0.38)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.281,4.143,P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the study group(3.42±0.52)month was shorter than that in the control group(7.83±0.62)marth,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.108,P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate(2.04%)in the study group was lower than the control group of 18.37%,and the total effective rate(95.91%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.283,5.339,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of long limb bone trauma fractures with steel plate screw internal fixation technology can better improve the patient's limb function.The patient has less postoperative pain,lower risk of postoperative complications,and has faster healing time and better curative effect.
