观察43例经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)的内镜护理与配合

Observation of 43 Cases of Endoscopic Nursing and Cooperation through Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography

目的分析经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影(ERCP)的内镜护理与护理配合方案。方法研究对象选择该院2018年1—12月期间接受内镜胰胆管造影术的43例患者作为该次研究的主要对象,并且对其护理过程中的护理资料展开回顾性分析。所有患者均接受ERCP诊断后确诊。对患者采取严格的内镜护理措施,注重术中配合,密切关注并发症潜在产生风险与各项生命体征。在手术过程结束后统计患者的并发症发生情况,总结护理经验。结果该次研究结果显示,在经过内镜配合与护理后,43例接受内镜胰胆管造影术的患者中只有1例患者出现了术后出血,1例患者出现轻度胆道感染现象,其余患者均保持正常未产生严重并发症,并发症发生率4.65%,证实了相关围术期护理措施的有效性。结论经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影作为一种安全微创的消化内镜手术具有良好的疾病治疗效果,而合理的内镜护理与配合也能更有效地控制患者各类并发症的产生,让患者更快地康复,减少痛苦程度,对于今后疾病的诊疗具有明确的现实意义。

Objective To analyze the endoscopic nursing and nursing cooperation schemes of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods The study subjects selected 43 patients who underwent endoscopic pancreaticobiliary angiography from January to December 2018 in our hospital as the main subjects of this study,and conducted a retrospective analysis of their nursing data during the nursing process.All patients were diagnosed after ERCP diagnosis.Take strict endoscopic nursing measures for patients,pay attention to intraoperative cooperation,and pay close attention to the potential risks of complications and various vital signs.After the end of the surgical procedure,the complications of the patients were counted,and the nursing experience was summarized.Results The results of this study showed that after endoscopic cooperation and care,only one of the 43 patients who underwent endoscopic pancreaticobiliary angiography experienced postoperative bleeding,one patient had mild biliary infection,and the rest remained normal without serious complications,incidence of complications was 4.65%,confirming the effectiveness of related perioperative nursing measures.Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography as a safe and minimally invasive digestive endoscopic surgery has a good therapeutic effect,and reasonable endoscopic care and cooperation can more effectively control the occurrence of various complications in patients recover faster and reduce pain,which has clear practical significance for the future diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
