摘要
目的分析全程护理干预模式在小儿哮喘雾化治疗护理中的效果。方法抽取2018年7月—2019年7月在该院接受治疗的小儿哮喘病患儿78例,按照等差数列首项为1,公差为6的形式将78例患儿平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,每组患儿均为39例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,实验组患儿实施全程护理干预,以3个月为观察周期,总结两组患儿治疗效果以及患儿肺功能恢复情况。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率为97.43%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为79.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.137,P<0.05)。实验组患儿最大呼气流量(PEF)(234.18±21.22)L/min、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)(2.17±0.37)L,均高于对照组(154.23±19.12)L/min、(1.51±0.31)L,差异有统计学意义(t=13.127、10.267,P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预模式在小儿哮喘雾化治疗护理中的治疗效果显著,患儿的治疗总有效率大大提高,且肺功能恢复状况良好,极大程度上缩短了患儿的恢复周期。
Objective To analyze the effect of whole-course nursing intervention model in the treatment of pediatric asthma nebulization.Methods A total of 78 children with pediatric asthma who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected.The 78 children were divided into two groups according to the form of the first order of the difference and the tolerance of 6.That is,the control group and the experimental group,each group had 39 children.The children in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the children in the experimental group were given full-course nursing intervention.The observation period of three months was used to summarize the treatment effects of the two groups of children and the recovery of their lung function.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.43%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 79.48%(χ^2=4.137,P<0.05).The maximum expiratory flow(PEF)(234.18±21.22)L/min and forced expiratory volume(FEV1)(2.17±0.37)L in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(154.23±19.12)L/min,(1.51±0.31)L(t 13.127,10.267,P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention model has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric asthma nebulization treatment.The total effective rate of treatment of children is greatly improved,and the recovery of pulmonary function is good,which greatly shortens the recovery cycle of children.
