急性阑尾炎护理应用循证护理的效果研究

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Acute Appendicitis Nursing

目的评估急性阑尾炎患者护理过程中采用循证护理服务措施的意义。方法对2017年4月—2019年9月该院诊治的64例急性阑尾炎患者实施项目数据分析,参考患者入院日期单双号实施分组研究,将入院日期单号的32例患者归入实验组,该组选择循证护理服务措施,将入院日期双号的32例患者归入参比组,该组选择传统护理服务措施,研究不同组别手术后并发症率、护理服务依从率、护理服务质量满意率、住院天数均值、住院花费均值。结果实验组手术后并发症率(3.13%)相比较参比组(18.75%)降低(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045<0.05);实验组护理服务依从率(96.88%)相比较参比组(78.13%)提高(χ^2=5.142,P=0.023<0.05);实验组护理服务质量满意率(96.88%)相比较参比组(75.00%)提高(χ^2=6.335,P=0.011<0.05);实验组住院天数均值、住院花费均值[(5.30±1.12)d、(4356.91±325.60)元]相比较参比组[(8.24±2.20)d、(5 316.40±415.83)元]降低(t=6.736、10.277,P=0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论在急性阑尾炎患者护理过程中选用循证护理服务措施展示出良好护理效果。

Objective To evaluate the significance of using evidence-based nursing services in the care of patients with acute appendicitis.Methods Data analysis was performed on 64 patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2017 to September 2019.A group study was performed with reference to the single and double numbers of patients on the date of admission,and 32 patients with single numbers on the date of admission were included in the experiment group,this group chose evidence-based nursing service measures,and 32 patients with double numbers on admission date are included in the reference group.This group chose traditional nursing service measures to study the postoperative complications and nursing care in different groups.The rate of service compliance,the rate of satisfaction with nursing service quality,the average number of days in hospital,and the average cost of hospitalization.Results The rate of postoperative complications(3.13%)in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(18.75%)(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045<0.05);the compliance rate of nursing service in the experimental group(96.88%),compared with the reference group,the evaluation index(78.13%)was improved(χ^2=5.142,P=0.023<0.05);the experimental group was satisfied with the nursing service quality satisfaction rate(96.88%),compared with the reference group(75.00%).(χ^2=6.335,P=0.011<0.05);the average number of days of hospitalization and the average cost of hospitalization in the experimental group[(5.30±1.12)d,(4356.91±325.60)yuan]compared with the reference group evaluation numerical indicators[(8.24±2.20)days,(5316.40±415.83)yuan](t=6.736,10.277,P=0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care measures used in the nursing process of patients with acute appendicitis show good nursing results.
