综合护理干预对抑郁症患者抑郁程度及应对方式的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Depression Degree and Coping Style of Depression Patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对抑郁症患者抑郁程度及应对方式的影响。方法选择该院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的92例抑郁症患者,按入院时间顺序分为实验组(2018年1—12月)与对照组(2017年1—12月),每组46例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组联合综合护理干预。4周后,比较两组患者HAMD评分、应对方式、临床疗效。结果实验组HAMD评分(27.76±5.42)分,明显低于对照组(32.24±5.73)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.852,P<0.05);实验组解决能力、求助评分分别为(1.81±0.35)分、(1.83±0.11)分,明显高于对照组(1.34±0.28)分、(1.57±0.17)分(t=7.112、8.709,P<0.05),回避、自责评分(1.26±0.21)分、(1.32±0.25)分,明显低于对照组(1.59±0.18)分、(1.64±0.13)分(t=8.095、7.702,P<0.05);实验组总有效率93.48%,明显高于对照组73.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.452,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有助于缓解抑郁症患者的抑郁程度,增强积极应对方式,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of depression and coping styles of patients with depression.Methods 92 patients with depression treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group(January-December 2018)and control group(January-December 2017)according to the time of admission.There were 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.After 4 weeks,the HAMD score,coping style,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The HAMD score of the experimental group(27.76±5.42)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.24±5.73)points(t=3.852,P<0.05).The experimental group's solving ability and help-seeking score were(1.81±0.35)points,(1.83±0.11)points,significantly higher than the control group(1.34±0.28)points,(1.57±0.17)points(t=7.112,8.709,P<0.05),avoidance,self-blame score(1.26±0.21)points,(1.32±0.25)points,significantly lower than the control group(1.59±0.18)points and(1.64±0.13)points(t=8.095,7.702,P<0.05);the total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than the control group 73.91%(χ^2=6.452,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to alleviate the depression of patients with depression,enhance the positive coping style,and improve the clinical efficacy.
