眼科护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中的应用效果探讨

The Effect of Ophthalmic Nursing Intervention on Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨分析眼科护理干预在糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法该次的研究对象筛选于该院2018年9—12月收治的48例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,将48例患者分为对照组和观察组2组,其中对照组来自于2018年9—10月收治的24例患者,实施常规护理干预模式;观察组来自于2018年11—12月收治的24例患者,实施眼科护理干预模式。比较两组患者护理前后的视力恢复水平及护理满意度。结果护理前两组视力水平相比,对照组(0.50±0.11),观察组(0.49±0.12),差异无统计学意义(t=1.125,P=0.071);护理后两组视力水平相比,对照组(0.62±0.12),观察组(0.78±0.10),观察组视力状况明显改善,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.367,P=0.015)。两组的护理满意度相比,对照组非常满意8例、满意11例、不满意5例,护理满意度为79.17%(19/24);观察组非常满意15例、满意8例、不满意1例,护理满意度为95.83%(23/24),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.554,P=0.018)。结论针对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的临床护理,应用眼科护理干预模式较常规护理模式,患者视力恢复状况更好,护理满意度更高,具有明显的临床应用效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of ophthalmic nursing intervention on patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 48 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in the hospital from September to December 2018.The 48 patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.24 patients admitted from September to October of this year implemented the conventional nursing intervention mode;the observation group was from 24 patients admitted from November to December 2018 and implemented the ophthalmic nursing intervention mode.The visual recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results Compared with the visual acuity levels in the two groups before nursing,the control group(0.50±0.11)and the observation group(0.49±0.12),the difference was small and no statistical significance(t=1.125,P=0.071);Compared with the visual acuity level,the control group(0.62±0.12)and the observation group(0.78±0.10).The visual condition of the observation group was significantly improved,which was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.367,P=0.015).Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the control group was very satisfied 8 cases,satisfied 11 cases,and dissatisfied 5 cases.The nursing satisfaction rate was 79.17%(19/24);the observation group was very satisfied 15 cases,satisfied 8 cases,and dissatisfied.In one case,the nursing satisfaction was 95.83%(23/24),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.554,P=0.018).Conclusion For the clinical nursing of patients with diabetic retinopathy,the application of ophthalmic nursing intervention mode is better than the conventional nursing mode,the patient's vision recovery is better,the nursing satisfaction is higher,and it has obvious clinical application effect.
