临床护理路径在结核病门诊护理干预中的应用效果

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing Intervention of Tuberculosis Clinic

目的探究临床护理路径在结核病门诊护理干预中的应用效果。方法选取该院门诊部2018年10月—2019年10月收治的120例结核病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字分组方法分为观察组及对照组,各60例,对照组给予门诊常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施临床护理路径的方法进行干预,干预时间6个月后,比较两组患者的结核病相关知识的掌握、服药依从性、治疗效果及满意度。结果观察组结核病相关知识掌握(88.75±6.12)分,明显高于对照组(72.56±5.62)分,比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.959,P<0.05);服药依从率为96.67%,明显高于对照组(83.33%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.926,P<0.05);观察组痰菌转阴率为70.00%,明显高于对照组(41.67%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.766,P<0.05);观察组满意率为98.33%,明显高于对照组(85.00%),比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.982,P<0.05)。结论在结核病门诊治疗中实施临床护理路径能有效提高结核病患者对疾病相关知识的掌握,提高服药依从性、从而提高结核病治疗有效率,提高对医疗护理工作满意度,具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in tuberculosis outpatient nursing intervention.Methods A total of 120 tuberculosis patients admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group each by random number grouping method.The control group received routine outpatient care and the observation group adopted intervention was based on the implementation of clinical nursing pathways on the basis of conventional nursing.After six months of intervention,the two groups of patients were compared to grasp the knowledge of tuberculosis,medication compliance,treatment effect,and satisfaction.Results The knowledge of TB in the observation group was(88.75±6.12)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.56±5.62)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.959,P<0.05).The compliance rate was 96.67%,which was significant.It was higher than the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.926,P<0.05).The treatment group's sputum negative rate was 70.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(41.67%)(χ^2=9.766,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.982,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathways in TB outpatient treatment can effectively improve TB patients'knowledge of disease-related knowledge,improve medication compliance,thereby increasing the efficiency of TB treatment,and increasing their satisfaction with medical care.It is of great significance.
