探讨无痛人工流产的临床护理方法及效果

Explore the Clinical Nursing Methods and Effects of Painless Induced Abortion

目的探索无痛人工流产女性的临床护理干预方法和护理服务效果。方法凭借抽签方式将2017年4月—2019年10月该院收入的72名无痛人工流产女性纳入指标研究资料,实验组选用全面护理干预方法 ,参比组选用一般护理干预方法,分析有关指标。结果实验组护理干预服务之后焦虑负面情绪调查分数结果、手术过程中出血总量、疼痛维持总时长、人流综合征总体发生率(34.61±2.40)分、(17.90±1.21)mL、(19.57±2.30)min、5.56%对比参比组(45.20±3.17)分、(31.57±2.50)mL、(39.60±3.18)min、27.78%减少(t=15.980、29.530、30.622,χ^2=6.400,P <0.05),实验组护理服务效果总体满意率(97.22%)对比参比组(75.00%)增加,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.432,P<0.05)。结论为无痛人工流产女性选择全面护理干预方法显示较优临床护理服务效果。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention methods and nursing service effects of women with painless induced abortion.Methods Based on the lottery,72 cases of painless abortion women who were paid in thehospital from April 2017 to October 2019 were included in the index study data.The experimental group selected the comprehensive nursing intervention method,and the reference group selected the general nursing intervention method.Analysis Related indicators were compared.Results The results of the anxiety and negative emotion survey scores in the experimental group after the nursing intervention service,the total bleeding during the operation,the total duration of pain maintenance,and the total rate of the abortion syndrome(34.61±2.40)points,(17.90±1.21)mL,19.57±2.30)min,5.56%compared with the reference group(45.20±3.17)points,(31.57±2.50)mL,(39.60±3.18)min,27.78%reduced(t=15.980,29.530,30.622,χ^2=6.400,P<0.05),and the nursing service effect satisfactory overall calculated value in the experimental group(97.22%)increased compared with the reference group(75.00%)(χ^2=7.432,P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing a comprehensive nursing intervention method for women with painless induced abortion shows better clinical nursing services.
