未来社区建设模式初探

Primary Research on Future Community Construction Mode

未来社区作为未来城市的有机组成单元,其建设也被看作未来城市建设的缩影。各国政府和巨头企业正纷纷涌入未来社区的建设研究与探索之中。未来社区的实践往往过于追求理念,而现有社区建设体系的缺陷,造成未来社区建设实际落地困难。未来社区建设需要创造全新的社区建设方式,包括结合国内外城市发展指标,因地制宜创建未来社区建设指标。同时,将未来社区各建设要素按场景、组织和技术分类,并依此为3主轴创建未来社区建设的板块和体系。考虑到未来社区建设的跨领域、多专业高度集成的建设特点,制定以空间为索引的统一建设维度。打破单业主、单业态的建设模式,创建未来社区共享互利的可持续建设生态。

Future community is the manageable component of the future city,the future community construction is also regarded as the epitome of future city construction.Although governments of countries as well as tycoon companies have dedicated into the research&practice to build future communities,it has been proven to be difficult to bring such ideology into realistic given existing methodology to develop traditional communities.Thus,an innovative methodology is developed starting from a tailored structure of developing targets.Thereto,a new developing hierarchy is provided by categorizing all the subjects involved into three dimensions:scene,organization&technology.Spatial index is recommended to provide identical dimension to integrate all the aspects&participants.As opposed to single-owner model&single-industry of traditional community development,a sustainable developing eco-system is suggested where everyone is benefited&contributable.
