基于工作室的高职影视文化产业人才培养探究

Research on Talent Cultivation of Film and Television Cultural Industry in Higher Vocational Education Based on Studio

以河源职业技术学院为例,基于高职影视文化产业人才培养定位,通过工作室组建、培养内容设计、培养方法选择、过程管理与评价等流程研究基于工作室的高职影视文化产业人才培养,获得了校企协同育人的成效,为高职院校相关专业人才培养与地方影视文化人才培养提供思路。

This paper based on higher vocational film and television cultural industry talent training positioning takes Heyuan Vocational and Technical College as an example,and does research through the study of the process of studio organization,training content design,training method selection,process management and evaluation,which is based on the studio training of film and television cultural industry talents in higher vocational education.So far we have obtained the effect of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people,providing the guide for the training of relative specialty talents and the training of local film and television cultural talents in higher vocational colleges.
