摘要
实践教学体系是学生专业技能提升的基石。广东技术师范大学公共事业管理专业实践教学体系存在人才培养目标定位不清晰、课程内实训实验课时教学模式同质化、实训课程体系建设不合理等问题,应采取调整教学计划及教学方式、加强师资力量建设、建立实践教学激励机制等举措,进一步完善公共事业管理人才培养的实践教学策略。
Highly specialized practical teaching system is the cornerstone of improving students'professional skills.The practical teaching system of public utilities management specialty in Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University has some problems,such as unclear orientation of personnel training objectives,homogeneity of teaching mode in practical training experiment class,unreasonable construction of practical training course system,low quality and quantity of practical teaching in the second class,etc.It should be adopted according to the needs of post duties.In order to further improve the practical teaching strategy of public utilities management personnel training,it needs to adjust the teaching plan and teaching methods,strengthen the construction of teachers,the construction of internship bases and laboratories inside and outside schools,and establish the incentive mechanism of practical teaching.
