我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务满意度和需求度评价研究

A Study on the Satisfaction and Demand Evaluation of Sports Service in the Elderly Activity Rooms of Urban Communities in China

为实现对我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务满意度和需求度评价,运用因子分析的方法确立我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务的一级维度为服务能力和服务意识,二级维度为体育组织与管理服务、体育评价服务、体育设施服务、体育交流服务和体育环境服务.在此基础上,编制我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务的满意度和需求度调查问卷,对3600名老年人对我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务满意与需求状况进行实证分析.研究结果显示,我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务的需求度明显高于满意度,不同老年群体对于体育服务的需求度差异明显;社区老年活动室体育服务供给与需求契合度不高.需要从优化机制、加强投入和丰富供给模式等方面入手,不断提高我国城市社区老年活动室体育服务供给质量.

In order to realize the evaluation of satisfaction and demand of sports service in the old age activity room of urban community in China,factor analysis method is used to establish the first dimension of sports service in the old age activity room of urban community in China as service ability and service consciousness,and the second dimension as sports organization and management service,sports evaluation service,sports facilities service,sports exchange service and sports environment service.On this basis,a questionnaire about the satisfaction and demand degree of sports service in urban community senior activity room was compiled,and 3600 senior citizens'satisfaction and demand for sports service in urban community senior activity room were analyzed.The results show that the demand degree of sports service in urban community activity rooms is significantly higher than that of satisfaction,and the demand degree of sports service in different elderly groups is significantly different;the supply and demand of sports service in community activity rooms for the elderly does not fit well.In order to improve the quality of sports service supply,we need to optimize the mechanism,strengthen the investment and enrich the supply mode.
