基于学生发展核心素养的高校体操教学研究

A Study on College Gymnastics Teaching Based on Students′Key Competence Development

核心素养的研究与时代发展和社会变革关系密切,对于健全学生人格,培养学生社会主义核心价值观,提升高校人才培养质量,增强国家核心竞争力有重要意义.核心素养分为文化基础、自主发展和社会参与3个方面,中国学生发展核心素养以培养“全面发展的人”为核心.高校体操教学特点决定它在学生发展核心素养中具有独特且重要的作用,为更好发展学生核心素养、完善体操教学设计及评价方式,综合运用文献资料、实地观察和分析归纳等研究方法,分析基于发展学生核心素养的高校体操教学改革走向.研究指出:当前体操教学对学生发展核心素养存在不足,结合体操教学的特点和学生发展核心素养的基本要点,以培养“全面发展的人”为目标,从教学目标设定、教学内容及教学情境选择、教学方法及评价方法运用等方面阐述基于学生发展核心素养的体操教学设计.

The research of key competence is closely related to the development of the times and social change.It is of great significance to improve the personality of students,cultivate the socialist core values of students,improve the quality of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities,and enhance the core competitiveness of the country.Key competence can be divided into three aspects such as cultural basis,autonomous development and social participation among,which Chinese students′“all-round development”is the core.The characteristics of Gymnastics Teaching in universities determine that it plays a unique and important role in developing students crucial accomplishment.In order to further develop students′core literacy and improve gymnastics teaching design and evaluation methods,by using documentation,field observation,analysis and induction,this paper analyses the trend of gymnastics teaching reform.It points out the drawbacks of gymnastics teaching for the development of key competence.Therefore it expounds its teaching design to cultivate students′all-round development,which starts from setting teaching objectives,choosing teaching content and teaching situations,and applying teaching methods and evaluation methods.
