开腹与腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管治疗中老年尿毒症临床疗效对比 被引量:1

摘要 尿毒症是临床常见的慢性肾脏疾病,在我国,慢性肾脏病患病率达10.8%[1]。腹膜透析是临床治疗尿毒症的主要方法,具有良好疗效[2],但临床对于腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管的有效性及安全性仍有较大疑虑。本研究以91例实施腹透导管置入术的中老年尿毒症患者作为研究对象,对比传统开腹置管与腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管两种方式的临床疗效。
