微波协同酶法提取玫瑰花渣多糖工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 为有效解决玫瑰花渣多糖提取率过低的问题,本试验创新性地采用微波协同酶法提取玫瑰花渣多糖,通过单因素试验、正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,微波协同酶法提取玫瑰花渣多糖的最佳工艺为纤维素酶添加酶量4.2%,酶解温度50℃,酶解pH值4.4,微波功率650 W,微波处理时间4 min,料液比1:30,此时多糖得率为6.53%。其中酶解温度和微波功率是主要影响因素。与传统热水浸提法、微波法、超声法、酶法等提取方法比较,该方法提取条件温和,多糖得率较高。 In order to effectively solve the problem of low extraction rate of polysaccharide from rose residue,microwave-assisted enzymatic extraction was used in this experiment.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum conditions of microwave-assisted enzymatic extraction of polysaccharide from rose residue were cellulase adding 4.2%,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature 50℃,pH 4.4,microwave power 650 W,microwave treatment time 4 min,material liquid ratio 1:30.Under this condition,the yield of polysaccharides was 6.53%.The temperature of enzymolysis and microwave power were the main factors.The extraction conditions of microwave-assisted enzymatic method are mild and the yield of polysaccharide is improved,compared with traditional extraction methods such as hot water extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction and enzyme extraction.
