摘要
为了提高实验室对苹果汁中甜蜜素的检测能力,评估气相法与液质联用法对测定结果的影响,本研究用两种检测方法测定苹果汁中的甜蜜素,分析各环节的影响因素,探讨产生可疑结果的原因。结果发现,气相色谱法在0~160μg/mL浓度范围内,液质联用法在0~1μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,r>0.999,精密度分别为2.1%、1.6%,气相色谱法与液质联用法检测结果无显著性差异,均通过考核。可见,本实验室检测甜蜜素的能力良好,同时针对此项目提出的关键控制点对其它实验室具有借鉴意义。
In order to improve the laboratory’s ability to detect the content of cyclamate in apple juice,and to evaluate the influence of two detection methods on the determination results,this study used GC and LC-MS/MS to determine the content of cyclamate in apple juice,analyzed the influencing factors of each link,and discussed the causes of suspicious results.For the above methods,the linear scope were 0-160μg/mL and 0-1μg/mL,respectively.Linear correlation coefficients was over 0.999.There was no significant difference in the test results,both passed the examination.Our laboratory has a good ability to detect sodium cyclamate.At the same time,the key control points proposed for this project can be used for reference by other laboratories.
