摘要
蔬菜产业经济效益高,在我国农业经济的发展中起到了重要的作用。随着我国经济的发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,消费观念也发生了变化。蔬菜的产量已经能够满足市场需求,人们对于高品质蔬菜的需求也越来越迫切。建立蔬菜品牌可以使其与普通蔬菜形成差异,增强消费者印象,有效增加市场竞争力,因此是蔬菜产业发展的趋势。本文分析了蔬菜品牌建设的意义和必要性,通过对国内外一些成功蔬菜品牌建设的经验探究,从产业链建设、品牌培养等方面提出了蔬菜品牌建设的建议。
Vegetable industry plays an important role in the development of China’s agricultural economy because of its high economic benefits.With the development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,and the concept of consumption has also changed.The output of vegetables has been able to meet the market demand,but people’s demand for high-quality vegetables is more and more urgent.The construction of vegetable brand can form differences with ordinary vegetables,enhance consumers’impression and effectively increase market competitiveness.This paper analyzed the meaning and necessity of vegetable brand construction.Through the exploration of some successful vegetable brand construction experiences at home and abroad,it put forward some suggestions on vegetable brand construction from the aspects of industrial chain construction and brand cultivation.
