论东南亚场所对王家卫电影“异托邦”建构的意义和作用

On the Significance and Function of Places of Southeast Asia in the Formation of Heterotopies in Wang Jiawei’s Movies

“异托邦”是真实存在的,它具有不可还原性,是与乌托邦关联的异质空间。王家卫电影中出现的东南亚国家地名,基本上已完全符号化了。无论是新加坡,还是菲律宾,亦或是柬埔寨,它们在电影中的功能都是相同的,甚至包括南美洲的阿根廷及其联邦首都布宜诺斯艾利斯。这些地方之间的差别在电影中都不太大。王家卫正是通过将电影文本表层的这些符号有规律、连续性地重复,表达了德勒兹所说“永恒回归”的艰难,体现了文化深层结构中深刻的差异性和必然的断裂性。在此意义上,福柯“异托邦”理论,与德勒兹所一直强调的差异性而非同一性回归不谋而合。

Related with Utopia,Heterotopia is real and irreducible.The names of Southeast Asian countries appearing in Wang Jia⁃wei’s movies have basically been fully symbolized.Whether it is Singapore,Philippines,or Cambodia,they nearly have the same function,even including Argentina in South America and its federal capital,Buenos Aires.In those movies,difference among those places is not ob⁃vious.Wang Jiawei expresses the difficulty of Deleuze’s“eternal return”by repeating those signs of the surface of the movies regularly and continuously,embodying the profound differences and inevitable fractures in the deep structure of culture.In this sense,Foucault's‘heterotopia’theory coincides with the difference that Deleuze has always emphasized rather than the return of identity.
