Difficulties and Breakthroughs in Building a Moderate Prosperity Society in All Respects in Areas of Extreme Poverty

深度贫困地区既是全面建成小康社会的重点区域和关键所在,更是农村全面建成小康社会的“重中之重”“坚中之坚”和“难中之难”。本文在全面分析我国农村全面建成小康社会的基本态势和深度贫困地区的区域特征的基础上,重点探讨了深度贫困地区全面建成小康社会的主要难点,进而提出了深度贫困地区全面建成小康社会的政策选择。

The extreme poverty areas are not only the key issue of building a moderate Prosperity society in all respects,but also the"most important","hard"and"difficult"of it.Based on an overall analysis of the basic situation of building a moderately prosperous society in China's rural areas and the regional characteristics of the extremely impoverished areas,this paper focuses on the main difficulties of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the deeply impoverished areas,and then puts forward some policy options.
