摘要
为弥补水文站网定位观测的局限性,扩大水文资料收集范围,增强水文资料的完整性,秦岭北麓库峪河曾开展过多次洪水调查,但是各类相关专业书籍及报告并未广泛采纳。《水文调查规范》(SL 196-2015)要求:历史洪水考证需要进行“不同版本记载,不同资料来源的对比甄别。”据此,通过对库峪河调查洪水资料的汇总,结合文献记录对历次调查洪水进行考证,确定库峪河调查最大洪水成果为:1933年洪峰流量为480 m^3/s,成果评价等级为供参考。
In order to make up for the limitations of hydrological station network positioning observations,expand the scope of hydrological data collection,and enhance the integrity of hydrological data,the Kuyu River in the northern foot of Qinling Mountain has carried out several flood surveys,but various relevant professional books and reports have not been widely adopted.The"Hydrological Survey Specification"(SL 196-2015)requires that historical flood verification requires comparative analysis of different versions of records and different sources of the Flood data.According to the specification,the analysis of previous survey floods based on the Kuyu River survey flood data and literature records indicated that the largest flood in the Kuyu River was the flood with a 480 m3/s peak flow in 1933.
